PAPER Hosts Pre-NYFW Dinner With Cohart at Soho Grand

Before the madness of New York Fashion Week kicked off, PAPER hosted a special dinner in collaboration with art marketplace Cohart (our pre-Coachella meal was iconic). This marks the beginning of our ongoing partnership, where we will curate artists to launch their work on the Cohart platform in a series of drops throughout the year.
Cohart gifted original art for all the guests, including individual works from local Cohart artists Mary Royall Wilgis and Arlina Cai.
We all got a private first look at the newest addition to Manhattan's Soho Grand Hotel, a modern art gallery that doubles as an event space scheduled to open later this September. Currently, the walls are lined with photographs from Blondie co-creator Chris Stein in partnership with The Morrison Hotel Gallery. Names like Debbie Harry and Patti Smith are on display.
Guests of the night included Cohart co-founder Kendall Warson; fashion figures like Kelly Cutrone (joined by Anna Delvey, nonetheless), Jeauni Cassanova, Juan Alvear, Nicola Formichetti and Hunter Clem; PAPER’s Art Editor-at-Large Harry Tafoya, alongside other fixtures of the NYC arts community like Hannah Traore, Whitney Mallett, Terrell Villiers, Jean-Pierre Villafañe and Ludwig Hurtado.
