Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet Are Instagram Official
By Joan Summers
Jul 02, 2025Despite the odds and obstacles that have besieged these lovelorn romantics over the last two years, Kylie Jenner and Timothée Chalamet have endured. They’ve weathered Club Chalamet’s relentless journalistic integrity, tabloid scrutiny, paparazzi mania and even my own skepticism that their relationship was anything more than a manufactured tryst.
But most importantly, these two have taken the final step in proving a relationship isn’t just real, but matters. The point of no return in a relationship, where two souls become inseparable and eternally intertwined, bound together not just by fate, but the very social media algorithm that seemed to draw them together in the first place. Please everyone, hold the applause when I say this next bit: Kylie Jenner finally follows her boyfriend on Instagram.
Page Six was among the first to break the news, reporting that Chalamet ranks among the 119 accounts that Jenner curates on her official feed. Others include Beyoncé, Addison Rae, Charli scs, Ariana Grande and even Emily Ratajkowski and Lauren Sanchez Bezos. What prestigious company Chalamet now keeps, alongside her sisters, makeup artists, influencer friends, Rosalía and Sabrina Carpenter.
Notably, Chalamet does not follow Jenner. More notably, he doesn’t follow anyone, despite his hefty 19.7 million follower count. He’s a serious artist, with more important things to focus on than his feed, which is likely curated by a team with nothing to look at when they log in for him.
ChalaJenner heads will also remember that back in August 2024, social media detectives became convinced that they’d spotted him behind a clothing rack in a mirror selfie posted by Jenner. If one zooms in really close, they’ll spot a pixelated figure in a blue baseball cap wedged between some gowns.
Likewise, this wouldn’t be the last time they’d be seen together on Instagram. In May, Tom Ford creative director Haider Ackermann shared a FaceTime call he had with the two prior to their red carpet debut at the 70th David Di Donatello Awards in Rome. In the caption, he wrote: “TEAMWORK - Miss K, you’re hired!! I Rome May 7th. BROTHER elegantly in TOM FORD receiving the 70th David Di Donatello Award. PROUD AS ALWAYS my Brother - H.”
