Nikita Dragun Is Back With Dragun Beauty 2
By Jeena Sharma
Sep 23, 2019As the founder of one of the first beauty brands owned by and made for trans people, Nikita Dragun has constantly championed for diversity within beauty. It's also why when the influencer and makeup artist, known for her transformative beauty tutorials, launched Dragun Beauty earlier this year, it almost instantly sold out.
While the initial range was limited to a color corrector and a face powder, the YouTuber is now introducing a brand new product: a face palette.
Over a year in the making, Dragun made the announcement on her Instagram along with a stunning 3D promo video created by visual artist Jason Beyer that gives fans the first glimpse of the product.
"[Dragun Beauty 2] was over a year in the making and finally my first palette ever is here! I cannot thank you enough for the overwhelming support of my brand," she wrote on Instagram.
"To be a Trans female CEO running my own beauty company for trans people and all people has been a dream come true! This palette was created by me to give u the ability to create your own beauty! I've sculpted myself with makeup for years and it was finally time to put that same vision into a palette of my dreams that I use EVERYDAY. A special thank u to the incredible @jasonebeyer who has brought my vision to life since my first launch. I wanted to create full fantasy plastic, taking everything negative anyone has ever said about me and turning it into magic"
The post was instantly filled with supportive comments from excited fans and friends. "So proud of you sis," Paris Hilton wrote. "Omg I'm so excited," one fan wrote. "Well done Mama Dragun. Show them how it's done," another added.
The Dragun Beauty Face Palette drops October 7 and is priced at $45.
