Summertime is when beach parties, poolside cocktails and outdoor gatherings become the mode du jour. So, what better than to kick off the summer with rooftop sunsets and SPF?

Sunscreen brand COOLA is here to help extend life’s best days in the sun with their SPF protection. COOLA has been helping sunshine lovers for 21 years. They just celebrated their big birthday in style via a bright Brooklyn party with Casamigos, who is teaming up with COOLA all summer and was on-hand to help celebrate with the perfect summer sips.

Casamigos curated specialty cocktails directly inspired by COOLA’s signature scents: Tropical Coconut Marg, Casa Piña Colada, Guava Mango-Rita and Peach Blossom Spritz. And where better to gab and sip than the rooftop of 1Hotel right on the Brooklyn waterfront?

With the Brooklyn Bridge and the dramatic Manhattan skyline in sight, COOLA was joined by a bevy of friends who were all dressed in their summertime best. Attendees sipped on vibrant Casamigos cocktails while rocking a sunny array of looks, with bright pops of yellow, gold and orange fabric glimmering underneath a sky that shined in shades of those very same colors.

Notable guests included co-host of the Between Us Girlies podcast, Bran Edelman, creator and host of the Delusional Diaries podcast Halley Kate, Bravo’s The Valley cast member Jasmine Goode and Bachelor alumna Kit Keenan. Also in attendance were creator and August founder Nadya Okamoto and top beauty influencer and entrepreneur Nathalie Paris. In addition, a group of star WNBA athletes were there, such as NY Liberty players Isabelle Harrison and Rebekkah Gardener and WNBA star player Nyara Sabally.

With the golden sun shining down on Brooklyn, guests had COOLA’s feel-good SPF with indulgent scents readily available to apply. Regardless, attendees and everyone will be in need of COOLA as the summer months move on and the days get hotter and brighter. And some Casamigos cocktails wouldn’t hurt, too, to quench the thirst of this sunny season.
