Because there isn't enough insanity happening in our nation's capital right now, an unnamed woman was spotted walking a black cat on a leash in the senate building.

The cat allegedly also had its own stroller. We have...so many questions. Who is this woman? Is this her cat? Is she a performance artist using the black cat as a symbol of our nation's impending doom? Is the cat the performance artist; is the cat walking us? Things to ponder.
