Drake Enters Weed Industry with 'More Life Growth Co.'

Aside from being on speaking terms with Rihanna, and potentially dating Kylie Jenner, Drake has forged a new relationship with Canadian cannabis company Canopy Growth. The Toronto-born rapper will be launching a venture with the company called, "More Life Growth Co." named after the artist's 2017 mixtape.

As CBC reports, More Life Growth will be "centred around wellness, discovery and overall personal growth." The label will be selling cannabis, dried plants, herbal teas, and clothing products.

"Drake's perspective as a culture leader and entrepreneur combined with Canopy Growth's breadth of cannabis knowledge will allow our new company to bring an unmatched cannabis experience to global markets," CEO Mark Zekulin said in a statement.

Drake and his team first teased the launch of More Life Growth on Tuesday by randomly handing out bouquets of flowers in Los Angeles.

Drake also posted a mysterious video with what looks to be a greenhouse.

The artist joins Martha Stewart, Snoop Dogg, and Seth Rogen as a Canopy Growth partner.
