We Need to Talk About Troye Sivan's Tour Outfits

We know when we're in the wrong, and will happily admit it: PAPER magazine has been far too silent about Troye Sivan's recent tour outfits. The musician just played a bunch of shows in Australia and New Zealand, and debuted the best stage looks of his career so far. He really... he really bloomed for us!

Sivan shared photos of the 'fits, styled by Marc Sebastian, on Instagram. Each ensemble had a distinct mood —Sebastian and Sivan kicked things off in Auckland with a pink spangled jumpsuit by Jamil Moreno, cinched with an Elvis-worthy Palomo belt, then switched things up for the singer's hometown of Perth with a corset, pink feathered hat and rose-tinted glasses directly inspired by Pamela Anderson's 1999 VMAs look. Corsets are both retro and extremely on trend; "1999" is conveniently the title of a Sivan and Charli XCX joint.

Continuing on to Adelaide, they pulled a very Claire Danes-in-Romeo + Juliet angel winged wardrobe, themed around heaven and hell, with a perfect white silk shirt by Neil Grotzinger. Sydney got a Yeehaw look, with a slime green Opening Ceremony cowboy hat and gun metal grey AREA suit. Brisbane's theme was "opulence:" big sunglasses, bigger diamond necklace.

The grand finale? Melbourne fans were spoiled with a head-to-toe Ziggy Stardust tribute, complete with eye patch and scarf.

Giving us fashion! Giving us music! Giving us an Australian geography lesson! Thank you, Troye. We regret the error.
