Move over, Twilight. There's a new "sexy" vampire series on the way and it's coming courtesy of Riverdale and The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina creator Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa.
The Wrap reports that Aguirre-Sacasa is currently working on a "sexy contemporary reimagining" of Dracula for ABC called The Brides.
And even better? Say goodbye to the tired (and predatory) version of Bram Stoker's horror classic, because apparently this new take will focus on three "empowered, immortal women and the things they do to maintain wealth, prestige, legacy — and their nontraditional family."
No premiere date has been listed as of yet but, needless to say, we can't wait to sink our teeth into this one.
