From TikTok interviewers — think Davis Burleson of What’s Poppin? — to candid photographers a la @watchingnewyork, it’s indisputable: people-watching accounts are the new paparazzi — and we wanted a piece of the action. Earlier this year, PAPER headed out of the office and onto the street near FIT with photographer Charles Caesar to snap some of New York’s most stylish. From content creators to fashion designers, we photographed 12 eye-catching New Yorkers with the attitudes to match.
