You can be at the top of your game, toast of the fashion world, certified originator of the ubiquitous tiny bag trend... and the Daily Mail will still confuse you with Lord Disick. Such is the current fate of Simon Porte Jacquemus, who was recently spotted out and about with our girl Kourtney Kardashian, Scott's on-off ex, in LA.
A sampling of the tabloid headlines currently being read in disbelief by a chic Parisian assistant somewhere in the canal district:
Kourtney Kardashian on a shopping spree with a Scott Disick look-alike ("Scott 2.0? Kourtney Kardashian was seen with a man who looked like her ex Scott Disick when she went to lunch then shopping in West Hollywood...")
Amidst other objections, Kourtney is definitely wearing a bra in all the photos. It's worth noting that while there is a (slight) resemblance between her former partner and Jacquemus, in that they are both white men with brown hair and luxury gym memberships, the KarJenners are big fans of the designer's clothing and this friendship slash photo op isn't particularly surprising. Kylie in particular is known to rock an oversized Jacquemus straw hat during her monthly island vacations.
Scott Disick, enjoy the compliment. Jacquemus, enjoy your time in La La Land. Kourtney, I love you, call me!
