14 Polaroids From MM6 Maison Margiela's MFW Show

At MM6 Maison Margiela's show in Milan, it wasn't hard to spot the collection's overarching theme: weddings, marriage, joy — basically anything and everything bridal-related. But if you look closer, you'll notice a few novelty details like tin-can-heels, "Just Margiela" sprayed on sweatshirts, and portable speakers in the hands of the models (or should we say brides and grooms?). A bouquet of roses was also printed on everything from dresses to giant rectangular bags.

A series of behind-the-scene shots capture the charming details more efficiently. These polaroids present a moody, yet intimate look at the essence of the brand's Spring 2020 collection. While flowy veils and white garments convey wedding bells and one of life's most momentous occasions, the polaroids also show close-ups of smaller pieces like keychains, "Better Half" prints, and the aforementioned tin cans, which also appear as a minaudière with a long chain strap.
