Burger King Throws Shade at Kanye and Chick-Fil-A

On Friday, Kanye West released his much-awaited solo album, Jesus Is King. And one of the tracks entitled "Closed on Sunday" makes a reference to fried chicken chain Chick-fil-A. West sings, "Closed on Sunday, you my Chick-fil-A. You're my number one, with the lemonade."

The clever lyric calls attention to the fact that the fast food joint is always closed on Sundays. Chick-fil-A's founder, Truett Cathy, wrote in his book Eat Mor Chikin: Inspire More People, "Closing our business on Sunday, the Lord's Day, is our way of honoring God and showing our loyalty to Him,"

The line has gotten mixed reactions from listeners.

But the reaction that definitely stands out comes from Burger King. The company's official Twitter account simply tweeted, "open on sunday."

This is most definitely shade, and we're living for it.
