We Are Handsome, Dear Creatures and More at Gen Art's Fresh Faces in Fashion Show in Los Angeles

For over 16 years, Gen Art's Fresh Faces of Fashion show has helped launch the careers of designers like Rodarte and Zac Posen. Its latest installment, which closed out L.A. Fashion Week over the weekend, was hosted by Zoe Saldana, and featured a slew of on-the-up-and-up lines like Aussie label We Are Handsome, who kicked off the show with its trademark hyper-realistic animal-printed swimsuits. SoCal brand 71 Stanton layered complicated knits with clean silky bottoms and the real life love birds at Dear Creatures presented a well tailored collection containing flirty dresses and pleated detailing.  Polishing off the show Stand and Deliver skated down the runway (literally), with rocker-friendly fitted leather, chained bodices sheer blouses and an unexpected staged fight to arouse the crowd.
