Trailer Trash: Peace, Love and Misunderstanding

Gary Pini
Welcome to Trailer Trash, our regular feature highlighting the best, worst and so-so in new movie trailers.

Peace, Love & Misunderstanding is director Bruce Beresford's (Double Jeopardy) latest about a woman going through a divorce (Catherine Keener) who takes her kids to visit their hippy grandma (Jane Fonda) for the summer. Pot brownies, nudity, indoor chickens and condoms are de rigueur at this grandma's house, because Hollywood just can't get enough of this plotline. Elizabeth Olsen (Martha Marcy etc., Silent House) co-stars and Chace Crawford (with stubble) plays her boyfriend. We're feelin' groovy and will likely see this in the theater on a hungover Sunday afternoon, but that could just be the brownies. In theaters on June 8th.
