Ashley and Mary-Kate Olsen have jumped on the Spring/Summer 2011 technology bandwagon. With their latest collection for The Row, the world's most famous twins have joined the growing mass of design houses that have either created a short film in conjunction with their runway shows, or decided to live-stream the entire thing online. In New York alone, Proenza Schouler gave us a Harmony Korine-directed film, Rag & Bone provided fans with a mini behind-the-scenes documentary, and designers like Phillip Lim, Joseph Altuzarra and Jen Kao gave anyone with an Internet connection a virtual front-row seat to their shows (which, in actuality, provided a better vantage point than most people who physically attended the show).

In the upcoming short film, which you can preview above, we'll get a look at The Row's atelier, a virtual fashion show, and an interview with the designers. We wonder if this movie will serve as a platform to disprove the suspicions that the moguls are simply photogenic figureheads for the label, or that their last-minute decision to move their Spring 2011 show from New York to Paris was for any other reason than their purported screwed-up sample schedule. The film, which will premiere the day following The Row's Parisian runway show, will be exclusively available on Bing.com, beginning the evening of October 4th.
