The New York Musical Theatre Festival The fourth annual celebration of the next generation of artists working in musical theater takes place over a three-week period, debuting almost 40 shows. This year's works include fresh explorations of unusual themes, such as obsessive-compulsive disorder in one (The Boy in the Bathroom), while another takes on a classic Jane Austen novel (Emma).
