The Daily Show lampooned North Carolina's woefully bigoted HB2 law--which enables businesses to refuse service for people they believe are gay, and prevents transgender people from using public restrooms based on their gender identity--on last night's episode. Host Trevor Noah sent out field correspondents Roy Wood Jr. and Jordan Klepper into the trenches.

The duo head to Raleigh, where under the alias of "The Bone Bros" dish out good old fashioned American discrimination via barbecue food truck, and probably cause more than a few identity crises.

Refusing several people who protest their gaydar instincts, the sketch goes from funny to downright cringeworthy--an effective illustration of just how ludicrous and backwards this law is, and how much progress our country still desperately needs.
