A cool fashion exhibition I saw in Chicago over a year ago has finally come to New York! It's called THE ARCHITECTURE OF FASHION and opened last night downtown on LaGuardia Place (#536) at the Center for Architecture. The show, curated by the British author and critic, Bradley Quinn, examines how architecture often borrows from fashion and vice versa. The show has works by some of our favorite architects like Zaha Hadid and David Adjaye as well as lots of fab architectural clothing by some of the best architectural designers including Hussein Chalayan, Margiela, Boudicca, Yoehlee and Yohji Yamamoto. It's definitely worth seeing.
