Spike Jonze gets my vote as the most innovative director working. Prolifically putting out ad campaigns, music videos and feature films, he continues to come up with the kind of original ideas that put a smile to your face.

The 'auditions' for the ads, which feature animals babbling on frustrated actor-style, can be viewed here. Who knows. Perhaps they'll appear in the Super Bowl."
