Philanthropic and all-around golden-hearted pop queen Robyn Rihanna Fenty...
...continues being an icon, by setting up a new scholarship fund in her Clara Lionel Foundation, which will help pay for students to attend college.
The 'ship will assist kids from Ri's homeland of Barbados, as well as Brazil, Cuba, Haiti, Guyana, Jamaica, and the United States; financial help will range from $5,000 to $50,000.
Other than location, students must be accepted into a four year college in the 2016-2017 school year, and must include a personal essay.
The Clara Lionel Foundation--named for Rihanna's grandparents--also hosts the Diamond Ball charity event, which over the past two years, has raised $5 million to improve communities in Barbados and around the world, in arts and culture.
Rihanna announced the education scholarship in a moving video; watch it below.
