Downtown Manhattan based group The Howlin' Souls formed in 2012 with the intention of bringing their shared love of Blues, Motown, and R&B into one cohesive sound. Made up of Pete Smith, Scott Sepe, Nate Lang, and Robbie Sokolowsky, the quartet's name was created in honor of one of their all-time greatest muses, Howlin' Wolf. While their inspirations lay heavily in the past, The Howlin' Souls are looking towards the future with the release of their video "Anyway You Take It". Shot entirely in New York's Harmony Theatre on a 1970's broadcast camera, this video is a true ode to the 70's era, where disco lights, sweatbands, and old school dance moves are in abundance. Groovy, man.
