Nicki Minaj Launches Fendi Line

Nicki Minaj announced her retirement on Thursday, but it really doesn't seem like the Harajuku Barbie's leaving our lives anytime soon. She recently appeared in Megan Thee Stallion's "Hot Girl Summer" music video, and also announced a collaboration with luxury fashion label Fendi.

The new line pays tribute to a lyric in the rapper's hit song, "Chun Li," and is aptly called "Fendi Prints On." The campaign for the line was shot by photographer Steven Klein, with art direction by Stephen Gan, and will be featured in ELLE. According to Queen Nicki's tweets, the collection will be dropping on October 14 online, as well as in select Fendi boutiques.

Nicki tweeted about this major accomplishment, saying, "Don't you ever doubt yourself. If anyone would've told me as a lil girl from Trinidad that grew up poor that one day my face would be on a piece of @Fendi clothing, I would've laughed. Your support for #ChunLi led to this. A song I made up off the top of my head as a joke. ILoveU."
