Gentleman, start your Valencia filters - the Museum of Ice Cream is open for business. The pop-up museum is a passion project of creative strategists Maryellis Bunn and Manish Voura, who have created an edifice to Instagram's number one boo, ice cream. The museum features edible sugar balloons, a rainbow sprinkle pit, a chocolate fountain, a chance to contribute to "the world's largest sundae," and some hilariously reaching brand activations (find your perfect flavor match in Tinder Land!"). Sadly, all 30,000 tickets to the Meatpacking District pop-up sold out in five days, but the entire experience has been HEAVILY documented for our FOMO pleasure on the 'gram... Sprinkle Pit is the new Rain Room.
