You win some. You lose some. In Pennsylvania the school board that's been taken to court in an attempt to stop it from forcing "intelligent design" down the throat of its students has been unceremoniously dumped. The Dover, Pa. school district was the first in the nation to order the introduction of intelligent design in a science class curriculum. On the other hand, in the progressive State of Kansas, Board of Education approved curriculum standards Tuesday that question evolution and redefine science to include concepts other than natural explanations. The arguments for separation of chUrch and state has never been stronger.
