In case you haven't heard, there is a giant blizzard descending on New York City right now that everyone is losing their minds over. And though we're trying not to be big babies about it, all the end-of-days snowmageddon news coverage has us a little unnerved today. The only thing that's been able to take the edge off is Michelle Chamuel's soaring, insanely catchy new single "The Fall" from her upcoming album Face the Fire. The material isn't necessarily soothing stuff -- make no mistake that this is a break-up song -- but her gorgeous falsetto trill paired with the track's booming hooks makes it one of the more triumphant-sounding heartbreak anthems we've heard in a while.
