Our "focus group" -- aka a bunch of us sitting around and drinking the delicious bubbly -- decided on some of the company's perfect combinations (and gave the recipes new names in the spirit of PAPER) that we hope you and your loved ones can enjoy in the coming weeks.

"Cavadashian"

-1.5 oz gin

-.75 Fresh lemon juice

-.75 Simple Syrup

-**Shake over ice then strain into empty flute**

-Top off with Segura Viudas Cava

-Garnish with Lemon twist

-Served in a sparkling wine flute

"Cavier Bardem"

-.50 oz orange liqueur

-.50 oz cognac-1 dash of lemon juice

-**Shake over ice, then strain into snifter with fresh ice**

-Top off with Segura Viudas Cava

-Orange wheel for garnish

-Served in a Snifter with ice





Segura Viudas, Brut Cava

"Cava Nagila"

--perfect for Hanukkah!

-1 oz Pomegranate Juice

-1 oz Cranberry Juice-.5 oz Lemon Juice

-1 dish of Fresh Honey

-**Shake over ice then strain into empty flute**

-Top off with Segura Viudas Rose Cava

-Served in a sparkling wine flute
