'Glee' Actor Mark Salling Has Died By Suicide

Mark Salling, best known for his 6-year stint as Noah "Puck" Puckerman on the hit teen show Glee has reportedly commited suicide by hanging. He was 35.

TMZ reports that the actor was found by police in a baseball field nearby his home. He had allegedly been dead for some time.

Last August, Salling was rehabilitated for psychological issues after slitting his wrists — a month and a half before he plead guilty to possessing 25,000 images and hundreds of videos of child porn on his computers and flash drives.

The actor was ordered to pay $50,000 to each victim who might request it and faced 4-7 years behind bars. Salling was accused of rape by a former girlfriend in 2016 and settled a sexual battery case with another woman the previous year for the sum of $2.7 million.

Salling is the second member of the Glee cast to pass away, co-star Cory Monteith died of a drug overdose in 2013.
