GCDS (short for "God Can't Destroy Streetwear") was founded just four short years ago by designer Giuliano Calza and his brother in Milan. With a group of strong supporters and friends of the brand such as Sita Abellan, who walked in this season's show, and Caroline Vreeland, the brand has quickly grown in popularity. For fall 2019, the co-ed collection consisted of all the logo-ed out signatures of the brand plus a distinctive hint of irony and incredible floral blooming makeup by Erin Parsons. Logomania

Following the brand's initial successful logo choker necklace that was worn by celebs of all types, GCDS slapped its logo on belts, coats, sweaters and tops.

Men With Purses

Toward the end of the show, almost every single male model in this co-ed show had a bag of his own. There were duffles, cross body bags, neon bucket bags and even one coin purse styled and worn as a necklace.

'80s Redux

One shoulder dresses, puffed sleeves, metallic tube dresses and candy colored mini skirts and dresses were all reminiscent of '80s style.

Italian Irony

The streetwear geared collection had its own sense of irony in that it was one of the very few younger, cooler and much more casual brands of Milan Fashion Week that really deserved attention. Adding to that, one pink hoodie was printed with the Barilla pasta logo — perhaps a funny tribute to the designer's roots.

Animal Prints

Animal prints, one of the biggest recurring trends of the season, were also present here. Outerwear and bodycon dresses were covered in leopard spots and other ambiguous animal patterns.
