Billy Porter has never disappointed in serving bold looks that truly make a statement on the red carpet. So far this awards season, he's already given us an angelic feathered train at the Golden Globes that would have all the Victoria's Secret Angels of VS fashion shows past shaking. Now, at the 2020 Critics Choice Awards's blue carpet, he dons a different set of wings.
The Pose star wore a stunning two-tone teal, strapless Hogan McLaughlin gown-like pantsuit that showed off his arms. He accessorized with a silver choker, and a lot of butterfly tattoos that covered his chest and arms.
"The butterflies are a symbol of the transgender community," Porter told Entertainment Tonight. "[They represent] how you come from the cocoon, you come as one thing, and then you transform into something else. So I wanted to honor my peeps tonight."
