Amy Poehler's Response to Taylor Swift Is So Good

1.  Amy Poehler's response to Taylor Swift saying that "there's a special place in hell" for her: "Aw, I feel bad if she was upset. I am a feminist, and she is a young and talented girl. That being said, I do agree I am going to hell. But for other reasons. Mostly boring tax stuff." [ via Hollywood Reporter]

3.  The Bronx Museum of the Arts got good news today: they received a gift which will allow patrons to go for free for three years. We'll definitely be going soon! [via Art in America]

 4.  The results of the annual VIDA Women in Literary Arts survey -- which compares the number of female and male authors featured in major literary publications -- are out. Unfortunately the study found that male authors still got a lot more coverage in 2012. The New York Review of Books (89 reviews of female authors in 2012 to 316 of male authors), the London Review of Books (74 female authors to 203 male) and the Times Literary Supplement (314 female authors to 924 male authors) had some of the highest male-to-female ratios. 5.  In honor of Kenny Scharf's upcoming exhibition at Paul Kasmin Gallery, Scharf is building a fun looking installation in the plaza at the Standard, High Line. The installation will be at the plaza from March 15th-April 1 before it's moved into the Paul Kasmin gallery, so check it out while it's outdoors. 6.  Malia Obama had a party at Chelsea restaurant Buddakan over the weekend and someone was overheard at the table saying "This place is so hip." Aw. [via Eater]

7.  Trent Reznor (of Nine Inch Nails, whose music goes oddly well with "Call Me Maybe") was doing an AMA on Reddit when someone asked, "As millionaires, why did you sign up with a record label to promote your new album?"
