While for some, fashion may feel like second nature, coupling prints and colors to create enviable outfits with little visible effort; to others, finding fits that work can prove endlessly challenging. Navigating a market oversaturated with fleeting trends, while simultaneously factoring in affordability and trying to steer away from fast fashion can prove intimidating, which is why it's pretty handy to discover a brand who does it all.
Ashley Graham-favorite Allen Schwartz, the cooler, self-aware offspring of red-carpet brand ABS, is only in it's second year, but is already ticking all the boxes under head designer Bianca Bernal's inimitable eye. Their latest collection incorporates multiple multi-wear designs, muted takes on summer staples, several two-piece sets and lots of silk — each piece a standout in its own right without leaving you looking overdone. The goal is to make fashionistas of even the most style-adverse, and provide the fashion-fluent pieces that can be worn over and over, dressed up and down to your preference.
"We really wanted to make sure we created effortless pieces [the Allen Schwartz woman] can easily throw in her luggage to take on vacation, relieving her of any worry of what to wear," Bernal explains of the brand's resort release. "With this capsule, she can maintain her sense of style while traveling. The collection is carefree. You can imagine wearing everything barefoot on the beach or dressed up with a pair of slides around town. The linen and swiss dot cotton fabrics are fresh and evoke a destination vibe, even if worn nowhere else but home."
Also, sleep safe knowing you're shopping with a clean conscience. Each Allen Schwartz piece is designed and produced in downtown Los Angeles, entirely fur and leather-free, with every style made in small batches to avoid environmental waste.
