Most bands would be sipping mai tais in St. Barts only a year-and-a- half after releasing a gold record, but the Black Keys reunited with frequent collaborator Danger Mouse and headed back into the studio on the heels of their Grammy-award winning 2010 LP Brothers. DM put a coat of glammy shimmer on the Keys' scuzzy blues-rock with varying success. tracks like "Little Black Submarines" meander, while rockers like "Lonely Boy" and "Mind Eraser" will kick start a rowdy Saturday night.
