Laura Ginn's $100 a head meal at Allegra LaViola Gallery featured "rat and pork paté and braised and grilled rodent carcass prepared by chef Yuri Hart." And, whether this makes a difference, the rats used in the dinner were bred to be eaten in California so, in other words, they didn't come out of the subway station.
