Brooklyn's West Indian Day Parade, the annual Crown Heights celebration of Caribbean culture that happens every Labor Day weekend, came back in full force this past weekend -- and PAPER sent photographer Rebecca Smeyne to follow the festivities again this year. Beginning with the pre-dawn J'ouvert celebration and followed by an all-day streetside celebration, it was, per usual, a gorgeous, glittery affair packed with plenty of glitz and glam.
