Words by Mickey Boardman / Photography by Munsif Molu

Thank to an archaic law called Section 377, homosexuality in India is illegal and punishable by life in prison. Nonetheless Mumbai, one of the world's most vibrant cities and home to India's film, publishing and fashion industries, celebrated Queer Azaadi Mumbai Pride earlier this month.
