1.  PAPER's Carlo McCormick will be moderating a conversation tonight at New York's Klemens Gasser & Tanja Grunert with artists/activists Zefrey Throwell, Clark Winter and Sam Gould on the topic Ocularpation: Wall Street and other illuminating Acts of Art.




2. Check out this cool, 1950s-style "peep show" video for "Faint & Shaky" by Teddy Blanks, a young musician who scored Lena Dunham's film Tiny Furniture.  The vid was directed by Sundance Breakout Ry Russo-Young.



3. PAPER's Peter Davis is the Editor in Chief at new Jared Kushner-helmed magazine, SceneWe're told the first issue will include a "semifictionalized account of Davis' days growing up on the private school circuit in New York," among other features.  PAPER'S Luigi Tadini will also contribute along with Kristian Laliberte, sometime PAPERMAG blogger Hannah Bronfman and Arden Wohl.  [WWD]

4. Metallica announced that they've created a new annual music and arts festival, Orion, which they will also headline.  Other acts already on the roster include Arctic Monkeys, Modest Mouse, Best Coast, Titus Andronicus, Avenged Sevenfold and more.  The fest will be held at New Jersey's Bader Field.  Tickets go on sale February 11th.
