Matty Bovan Transformed Coach's Paris Windows

One of London Fashion Week's rising stars isn't containing his creativity to the streets of the British capital. Matty Bovan, who just received an uproar of applause after presenting his mythically-inspired fall 2019 runway show, has lended his eccentric eye and affinity for surreal textiles to Coach, the American staple honing an Americana aesthetic. Bovan's partnership with Coach has taken the form of a collaborative collection, clad with re-envisioned logos and unexpected color trims. However, in light of Paris Fashion Week, the British designer will also be artistically curating the window's at the brand's Parisian flagship store from February 25th to March 6th.

Located at 372 Rue Saint-Honoré, in the 1st arrondissement and a stone-throw away from the Champs-Élysées, the Coach storefront will exhibit the COACH x Matty Bovan limited-edition accessories collaboration. The folklore motifs displayed in Bovan's fall collection will also be featured, including off the runway COACH x Matty Bovan Campus belt bags, which range in proportions and come in a variety of colors.

The belt bag, which has become one of the few lasting trends of the past few seasons, proved to be the perfect item for Bovan and Coach's serendipitous collaboration. The British designer's unique eye for color and pattern-mixing paired seamlessly with Coach's established branded style.

Since joining the ranks at Coach in 2015, Vevers has revamped the heritage logo to signal a shift in the brand's creative. He has embraced a more eclectic look since debuting his first collection and has updated the signature logo print for a more subtle, richer tan palette and a smaller logo. The COACH x Matty Bovan Signature Campus belt bags will be available exclusively at the Coach Paris flagship store and at the Coach House on Regent Street in London.
