Ladyfag's Pop Souk Bazaar Is Back

Alex Bedder

Nightlife maven Ladyfag is back with her third incarnation of Pop Souk, a one-day bazaar where the crazy-bananas personalities of New York nightlife sell their finest goods. This year the part market, part club experience, which has been located at Greenhouse and The Hiro Ballroom in the past, will take over the The Standard's biergarten with a maze of vendors on October 21st. Like last spring's installment, the event promises a wide variety merchandise, with items ranging from limited edition clothing to vintage wear to confectionary treats to art. Returning vendors include VFILES and Oak, as well as  Asher Levine, Chromat, and House of Ladosha (who you can read all bout in our September issue). New purveyors include Purvile!, Vita E Liberta, Butch Diva and PAPER pal Aimee Phillips, who will be touting her "one of kind Heatherette, Vivine Westwood and Boy George B. Rude pieces." Walk, don't run! Check out the rest of the Pop Souk vendors more about the upcoming event here.
