As Hurricane Katrina and its victims moves off the front pages of America's newspapers, the need for help is greater than ever. Combining his love of art and bicycling, Lee Quinones is off on a ride that will take him from New York to Miami, hopefully in time for Art Basel in December. Along the way, the spray paint master and graffiti legend (he starred in Charie Ahearn's seminal Wild Style) will make artwork that will be auctioned off for the cause. Dubbed TourdeLee, he has amassed sponsors -- like Adidas and Brooklyn Machine Works, who made his bike -- and welcomes donations from those who sympathize with the spirit of the event and the importance of the cause. I will, why don't you?
