ADS MUST BE PROVIDED ON DISK WITH A MATCHPRINT
PAPER's Ad Production Dept. accepts ads on Zip, CD-ROM or 1 GB JAZ. ADS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A COLOR PROOF. If the ad needs to be adjusted at PAPER Magazine, there will be additional charges. If the material is received in any other format than what is listed below, PAPER cannot guarantee the reproduction of the ad.
PLEASE FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES TO ENSURE THE AD PRINTS PROPERLY: ° PAPER will not be responsible for the trimming of type that is outside of the safety size. ° All ads MUST be accompanied by a COLOR PROOF of the final ad. ° All colors and images must be in CMYK format ONLY. Convert all RGB, Pantone, Lab and Indexed colors into CMYK. ° All images must be CMYK and 300 dpi. ° Use Type 1 fonts only. We do not accept True Type fonts. Remember to include fonts embedded in graphic files. *All PDF's must be certified. Trim and bleed boxes must be made at the specified size (see below). The document must include 1/2" of white space all the way around the bleed box (for production reasons only). Double check that there are no embedded RGB files, embedded fonts or spot colors in the PDF provided.
