Fans of Raymond Chandler (and great animation) will get a kick out of this clip for Death Cab For Cutie's "Underneath the Sycamore," a track from their Keys and Codes album. Though the noir-detective story feels a bit detached from the song's lyrics, it somehow all seems to go together. Private Shamus Mojoski is looking for a missing girl and traces her from the Conga Club to Mare Cozy restaurant and, finally, up to the roof of the Sycamore Hotel. Overall, it's a unique and clever video, made by the team of Bill Barminski and Christopher Louie, aka Walter Robot.
