Ciara, the international superstar and pop/R&B chanteuse who recently signed to Epic Records, where she's getting ready to release her fifth studio album, took last week's Paris Fashion Week by storm. We asked the sultry singer to keep a diary for us -- and she was kind enough to take the time to jot down her chic and fabulous comings and goings. Here, she fills us in on the all-night dance parties, the fabulous fashions and palling around town with Kanye West, Naomi Campbell and Riccardo Tisci.

September 28th
I landed in Paris this morning and right away I grabbed a bite to eat at Hotel Costes because I was hungry after the long flight.  After that I had to go to a nail salon because I had broken a nail on the flight and needed to get it repaired.  Then I rushed to my hotel to get a quick one-hour nap because I was truly tired from the long trip.  After my nap, I had my Barbara Bui fitting.  Barbara stopped by the fitting.  She was really sweet and I thought it was so nice of her to come by.  That evening I went to dinner at a Thai restaurant called Ginger.  I had beef carpaccio and wonton dumplings for appetizers and Pad Thai noodles with chicken for my main course.  Everything was really yummy.  I then went back to my hotel to start getting ready for the exciting week ahead.

September 29th
I woke up and had to head to a meeting first thing.  The Barbara Bui fashion show was happening that afternoon, but all of my team's flights were delayed, so we all had to rush like crazy to get me ready for the show.  I darted to the show and had a great time.  What I liked most about this presentation were the color choices and the shoes.  This line was very chic.  After Barbara Bui, I headed to my fitting with Jean Paul Gaultier.  That went well and after the fitting, my girls and I headed to a restaurant called La Villa.  What's cool about La Villa is after dinner, the restaurant turns into a nightclub.  The music was so good and we stayed and danced the night away.

Today, my friends and I went to brunch at Café Marley, which is a restaurant at the Louvre.  After that we explored the sights and took a lot of pictures so that we could remember all of the wonderful moments.  You can see a picture of me above that looks like I'm touching the top of the famous pyramid at the Louvre. After that, I went to visit my Givenchy family and had my fitting for the show.  It was great seeing everyone and then I rushed back to the hotel to get ready for the Karl Lagerfeld event.  I was excited to see Karl because one of my first big fashion shoots was with him when my first album came out nearly eight years ago!  After the Lagerfeld party, the girls and I had another fun night out hopping by a few different Parisian hotspots.  We were having such a blast that we lost track of time and when we got back to the hotel, I was only looking at getting three hours of sleep.

October 1st
The first thing this morning we woke up, got ready and headed to Versailles, which is just outside of Paris, for a photo shoot with Aie magazine.  Versailles was so breathtaking and one of the set-ups took place at the King Louis XIV castle, which was amazing to see.  Everything was so beautiful and incredibly fun.  After the shoot, there was no time to waste!  We had to get ready for the Jean Paul Gaultier show.  This show was very unique because Gaultier decided to start the presentation with the models walking without music and he ended the show with music.  I thought that was quite genius.  Afterward, we headed to what I'd like to call the grand finale of the night, the Kanye West fashion line debut.  To me this moment was monumental because we've never seen a hip-hop artist be able to premiere a line during the most prestigious event in the world of fashion, which is Paris Fashion Week.  I really enjoyed the show and after that we went to the Kanye West after-party where my friends and I danced another night away.  Kanye, Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen, Jessica Biel and so many movers and shakers from the fashion industry were there.  Everyone had a blast!

October 2nd
As soon as I got up, I had to go to a photo shoot with Interview magazine.  After the shoot, I went to grab lunch with my friends Dean and Dan from DSquared.  We had a good time catching up and then I headed back to my hotel to get ready for the Givenchy show.  At the show, I sat with my friend Jennifer Hudson, as well as Chanel Iman and Kanye.  Givenchy represented the classic, chic, strong woman and after the presentation, I went backstage to congratulate my baby Riccardo Tisci and all of my Givenchy family.  Afterward, it was party time again! J  The first stop was the DSquared party with Dean and Dan and I also got to see my friend Ne-Yo perform.  He totally killed his performance!  Then we headed to the Givenchy party at Club L'Arc, which is one of the coolest and sexiest clubs in the world.  Gisele Bundchen, Naomi Campbell and of course my dear friend Riccardo were there and we all partied the night away.

October 3rd
I slept in a little bit this morning and I had a meeting to go to in the afternoon.  After my meeting, I went to a listening session to hear a sneak peak of Ne-Yo's new album, which is amazing.  I'm really glad I got an opportunity to listen to the album and then I was on my way to an intimate dinner hosted by Naomi Campbell.  Dinner was delicious and a group of us, including Naomi and all of her friends, headed to La Villa.  They opened up especially for us.  Later Ne-Yo and his friends showed up and we all had a ball dancing to the hot music courtesy of DJ Ruckus, who was on the 1s and 2s.

October 4th
Today, I woke up and ate breakfast at my hotel, then I got ready for the Valentino show.  All of the designs were beautiful and after the show, I had a photo shoot to do with Vogue Paris.  I had a wonderful time working with Vogue's fashion editor, Emmanuelle Alt, and the photographer David Sims and can't wait to see the photos.  After the shoot, I rushed to go meet with Riccardo and get ready for Carine Roitfeld's "Irreverent Dinner."  We dressed as vampires and really played up the theme.  It was an amazing event with so many diverse, cool people in one room.  And we had sooo much fun!  After the dinner, everyone linked up at Club L'Arc.  I was having such a great time that I didn't end up back at my hotel until 5 a.m. and the night was a perfect way to cap off my trip!

This was my Paris Fashion Week in a nutshell.  It was one of the best trips I've had in my life and one I will never forget!
