Chris Taylor's CANT wrapped up a month-long tour last night at the Bowery Ballroom with openers Blood Orange and Luke Temple. Blood Orange, (aka Devonté Hynes, who also performs as Lightspeed Champion), kicked the night off with his '90s-R&B-minded jams and brought out Solange Knowles for a song. Around 11 p.m., CANT took the stage to perform bass-heavy tracks songs off of their debut album, Dreams Come True. By the time they finished their first song, the venue was jam packed with audience members that included Nikolai Fraiture of the Strokes. Despite a technical glitch that stopped the set for a few minutes, CANT put on a great show and sound just as good live as they do on their album.
