Calvin Klein Releases Iconic 90s Kate Moss T-Shirts To Benefit AIDS Research

Kristen Stegemoeller

David Sims' iconic 1993 Calvin Klein campaign that featured a 19-year-old, waifish, sans fards Kate Moss posing in underwear, helped define its era as a flat rejection of the excesses of the 80s as well as providing the inspiration for the "heroin chic" moral panic. These unforgettable images are the subject of a small T-Shirt collection that Calvin Klein has created for Opening Ceremony, with all proceeds benefitting The American Foundation for Aids Research (amfAR). The T-Shirts cost a whopping $85, but how else can you help put an end to the AIDS epidemic and keep the dream of '90s minimalism alive at the same time?
