Stefan Sagmeister Shreds Levis

Did you see that amazing poster in PAPER's March issue that Levis created in collaboration with my favorite artist/visual maverick Stefan Sagmeister? Sagmeister totally deconstructed a pair of Levis 501 jeans... And boy do I mean deconstructed. He actually shredded them thread by thread, dismantling buttons, studs, zippers, pockets labels -- then pieced it all back together again. Check it out. Amazing, no? I just found out that they've printed these posters on higher quality stock and are giving them out for free this week (till they run out... I think they're giving them away if you buy a pair) at American Rag in Los Angeles (150 S. La Brea Ave.) and in San Francisco (1305 Van Ness Ave). These images are amazing and the posters will be collectors items, folks. Check out this amazing project.
