Introducing Fashion Week Guest-Blogger Olivia Palermo
By Olivia Palermo

Now that Fashion Week has officially begun and we've been bumping into models left and right (last night, Whole Foods felt like the backstage of the Marc Jacobs show), we're officially launching into our PAPERMAG FW coverage... That said, we're pleased to introduce to you another one of our guest-bloggers, the lovely Olivia Palermo. This girl about town is a New School student with a passion for all things fashion and will be front and center at many of the hot shows this week. Here, we present to you, her first blog.
Hi everyone. Hope you had a great Labor Day weekend. Well it is that time of year -- New York Fashion Week. I was very honored when PAPERMAG.com asked me to write a blog for Fashion Week. I am not a critic or editor -- just a 21-year-old New Yorker who loves the aesthetic of fashion and everything it involves. I look forward to attending the shows, as there is always so much excitement, and can't wait to see what the designers will bring to the runway. Well, I have to run and see what the fashion world will bring this season!

You have got to be kidding me. Paper... come on. You couldn't get one of your hot designer friends to blog so that we might actually be interested in what they have to say? Paper has sold out. Socialites? What happened to being about New York art and cultural and downtown and the underground?
Shame on you. I'm canceling my subscription.
