Stay Away From Alligators!

Our good friend and co-worker Gary just passed this along to us:
"Check out this amazing shot of what happens when you get too close to an alligator. The good news is that they sewed it back on and the guy is doing fine. The shot reminds us of last year's "exploding snake." Papermag is the new Discovery Channel."

Thats awesome.....I grew up with Gators in my back yard.....Iam obsessed and fascinated ...I use to feed them marshmellows .....and get p real lose to them ,,...real smart right...

Alligators wouldn't bite. They would broke your bones and get you deep inside a water. You would be a breakfast for a next several weeks. Where did it happen?

it's really a crocodile (maybe we're not the new Discovery Channel after all)...it happened in Taiwan at the Shaoshan Zoo

If I am right there is excellent footage of this on youtube ....where you see the hand getting bitten off....
