Mario Bava Box Set!

By Dennis Dermody

Got the upcoming Mario Bava Collection Volume 1 from Anchor Bay Entertainment
and it's spectacular! Five Films from the legendary Italian maestro of horror: Black Sunday (1960) with the beautiful Barbara Steele as a witch burned at the stake who returns for revenge. Black Sabbath (1964), a terrific three-part horror anthology with Bava at his gothic best. The Girl Who Knew Too Much (1963) aka The Evil Eye, a sensational murder mystery starring John Saxon. The Knives Of The Avenger (1967), a Viking sword and sandals epic. And a true masterpice: Kill Baby Kill! (1966) about the demonic ghost of a little girl haunting a village. Fellini ripped off the little girl with the bouncing ball for Toby Dammit (his section of Spirits Of The Dead). Believe me the print quality looks better than this trailer but I love the "Shiver & Shake, Quiver & Quake" exploitation. The box set should be out in a week and you need it!!!!
