I think I knew about 4 of those 50 things ....that fossil of a walking fish they found this year was kool as well.I think The Fountain will age well;considering its complexity it was a sure fire dud...but Apocalypto made money thus proving Mel Gibson is a great filmmaker .....of all the movies except maybe INLAND EMPIRE it had true roots of what independent filmmaking can be......even though it had a studio backer it dared to cast unknowns as well as a dead language. And everyone thought it would be his Apocalypse....

how amazinG is it that 50 NEW species of animals were founD....imagine the ones dieing out we have never even discovered or in general the ones not discovered yeT ....I can only imagine the thinGs we know nothing about still yet one would think the world is quite boring with the things that make the headlines like Tom Cruise ...being well tom Cruise or the fact that 3,000 americans have died in an illegal war .....I know I know I love hollywood gossip and escapism is quite a beautiful thinG but its interesting how the public is dumbed down and virtually told nothing....or even worse cares.I guess thats what happens when you are the dominant species on the planet...or at least self imposed one ....are we not really just between ice ages...? My mind always wanders to a human less( maybe we will transcend beyond our bodies and learn to be pure energy with consciousness) world when nature takes control again.... will those alien archaeologists who dig us up place us in some intergalactic art museum ...? possibly trying to piece together what we were and what we did while we reigned supreme ...? would they even understand what culture was..?
