Born and bred in Paris in an Italian-speaking household, Coco Brandolini has moved into the fashion world's fast lane since moving to Manhattan two years ago. After interning at Harper's Bazaar, Brandolini landed a job as part of the team at Oscar de la Renta. The designer brought her in, she says, to help generate fresh and fabulous new ideas. It was a perfect fit, and the 23-year-old has become a full-fledged fashionista. The high-pace of Manhattan nightlife suits her perfectly. "I love everything about New York -- the red lights, the noise, the feel of the energy," she explains in a deep, sexy Italian accent."
You can sometimes find this nightlife lover dancing the night away at downtown clubs like Don Hill's. As for her personal style, when she's not dolled up in Oscar, Brandolini likes to wear Marc by Marc Jacobs, Jill Stuart, Isabel Marant and Katayone Adeli. A seasoned traveler, Brandolini just got back from a trip to Brazil. "My mother is Brazilian, and I love it down there," she gushes. "The people are so warm." Then, speaking like a genuine twenty-something New Yorker, she adds, "It's all good!"
